Mercure Marseille Centre Bompard La Corniche

The peaceful garden view and outdoor pool were the highlights of my stay. My room wasvery comfy and tidy.

Had neat room with balconies for a warm stay for 2 nights. Amazing and lovely location an easy walk to Slipstream Sculpture. Walking distance to a local store and shops across the street.

Calm atmosphere. I appreciated the comfortable room, though some amenities could use an upgrade. The staff were helpful but could improve their knowledge of local attractions. It was a decent stay.

Location and courtyard delightful; can imagine it being wonderful in warmer weather, and cooler in the midst of a very hot Provencal/Bouches de Rhone summer. Decor good, apart from rather nasty looking Gainsboro' repro. The original modern art in foyer had its impact reduced - pity

There was no cold water five minutes after having a shower! Receptionist advised that rooms one-below-the-other had experienced the same problem. This could have been dangerous. In effect it just made cleaning teeth a bit wierd.

Location, easy walk to all attractions. A vacation base for exploring Marseille. Parking was on site. Perfect for trip.

A hidden gem by the coast

Waking up to the fresh scent of pastries. The friendly staff offered a map of the area. The tranquil pool was a joy.

Navigating to the hotel was challenging due to poorly marked entrances. My room, though comfortable, felt cramped and lacked some essentials like an iron.

Away from the bustle of Marseille - quiet & relaxed. A bus is nearby if you want to visit the city.

No - all fine

An mediocre stay. The room was a disaster, with tacky water-damage and mold-so charming! The staff was friendly, but all I wanted was a plush bathrobe or some slippers, not too much to ask for a four-star place. I almost left a glowing review, but I just couldn't. Disappointed to say the least.

The internet shoould work better . The conection is made based on passwords given by room, on is disconected each 10 minutes.

The hotel is in a secluded residential area which gives you the privacy you need. Since it's a small hotel, the poolside is not crowded and is enjoyable. The terrase and gardens are lovely.

The restaurant staff was clearly not service oriented except for the breakfast waitress. The dinner staff can really use some training in customer service skills.
